Whose House? Our House!
A RHAM Youth Football & Cheer Community Initiative
“Whose House? OUR HOUSE!” is more than a chant at RHAM Youth Football & Cheer — it represents our commitment to community, character, and connection.
This initiative reflects our belief that youth sports should help build not just strong athletes, but strong citizens who take pride in where they live and give back to the communities that support them.
What “Our House” Means
At RHAM Youth Football & Cheer, “Our House” means our entire community — our fields, schools, neighborhoods, local businesses, and the towns that support our athletes.
We want our players and cheerleaders to understand that being part of this program means representing something bigger than themselves.
Teamwork shouldn't stop when the game ends.
Building Leaders Through Service
Through community service projects, volunteer outreach, and partnerships with local organizations, the “Our House” initiative encourages athletes and families to give back to the communities that support them.
These projects help teach:
- Leadership
- Responsibility
- Teamwork beyond the field
- Civic pride
More Than a Game
At RHAM Youth Football & Cheer, our goal is to develop well-rounded young people — athletes who compete hard, support one another, and grow into responsible members of their communities.
When we say “OUR HOUSE,” we mean every field, school, business, and neighborhood that makes up the RHAM community.
Because when we take care of our house, everyone wins.
