RHAM Youth Football & Cheer is currently seeking a Head Coach / Program Coordinator for our Flag Football program.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young athletes and wants to help introduce the game of football in a fun, positive, and development-focused environment. Our flag program is designed to teach the fundamentals of teamwork, sportsmanship, and football skills while keeping the experience engaging and age-appropriate.
The Head Coach will help organize practices, guide assistant coaches, and ensure players have a safe and rewarding introduction to the sport.
