The RHAM Pride Award recognizes athletes who represent the very best of RHAM Youth Football & Cheer. This honor is given annualy to one player per team who demonstrates leadership, teamwork, sportsmanship, and pride both on and off the field.

Recipients lead by example — supporting their teammates, respecting coaches and opponents, and representing the program with integrity.

The award is not about statistics or wins. It recognizes character, effort, and the positive impact an athlete has on their team and community.
